More than a SWIMMSUIT

GEORGI SWIMMS was established on the iconic beaches of Sydney, Australia. It was our vision to create beautiful pieces that would last the test of an Aussie Summer without compromising style or sustainability. Each GEORGI SWIMMS garment was crafted with the purpose to inspire and empower women with strong advocacy for body positivity whilst cultivating a timeless, elevated sense of style.

Exclusively crafted in our studio in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. Each garment and bespoke GEORGI SWIMMS print began as a simple hand sketch allowing every piece to encapsulate the purest form of the GEORGI SWIMMS brand and to align with our mission statement “To value ourselves, value others, value the planet". Creating timeless pieces that transcend seasons crafted to celebrate and accentuate the body without compromising on any of the crucial elements of our beliefs.

Founder and Head of Creative, Mere Thompson is inspired by many summers     overseas soaking in the sun, culture and history of the countless places travelled.  Each collection represents a piece of those travels, inspired by a feeling that captured her heart from each place. Each garment becomes a SWIMMS Summer memento. 

Her driven, hands on approach to GEORGI SWIMMS ensures that we are putting our best foot forward to guarantee our customers are getting the crème de la crème of swimwear without the exorbitant Australian Made associated markup. With ongoing commitment to ensuring each hand crafted piece is met with uncompromising quality, sustainability and principles. Each of our swimwear fabrications sourced proudly contain one or more the following certifications; OEKO-TEX®, REACH, GRS, HEALTHY SEAS, GREEN COMPANY, REPREVE®.
